Who Does The Work?
Alan McAnally is President of Commonwealth Sales Consulting, a firm he founded in 1998. He has spent more than 35 years in direct selling and sales management assignments. His career includes experience with large, multi-national management services firms with positions in sales and marketing management. He has also managed sales training and support programs, as well as developed and implemented innovative sales communication systems. In 2004, he founded SalesComp AmericaTM, a firm that specializes in sales compensation programs for sales organizations.
McAnally holds a BS in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. A career sales professional, he has coupled his extensive sales experience and management skills with a firm grasp of the technology opportunities facing sales organizations today. A problem solver, he combines this knowledge with a strong commitment to the fundamentals of relationship and consultative selling.
As a keen observer of the selling process, he has focused over the years on the need of his clients to define and hone the critical elements of their individual sales processes. He advocates and facilitates the effective use of team selling, and precisely communicating the standards and guidelines needed for sales success. A believer in sales training that targets the core sales skills needed for success; he is the author of Pro Performance Presentations and Showtime 50.
Glenn McAnally manages and oversees the operation and implementation of the company's PACE™ program. As an important aspect of Commonwealth's business, this customer retention initiative delves into performance assessments and contract evaluations of our clients' own customers. Additionally, he has continually been a substantial and creative contributor to Commonwealth's strategic and communication programs.
McAnally holds a BA in Communications from Villanova University. He has extensive experience as a developmental and creative consultant within the video game industry, developing products for Nintendo DS and Wii for worldwide use. His imaginative thinking and communication skills have carried over well into the intricacies of business acquisition and retention.
